International Golf Associates

This is a splendid new course, open all year round and situated in a valley between Annecy and Albertville. Most of the course is at an altitude of around 400 metres with four holes at 6-700 metres. The views of the surrounding mountains are stunning, including the Mont-Blanc and of the Lake of Annecy from the higher holes. The Clubhouse, on the edge of the village with its charming chateau, has been created from an old barn with the addition of an extension restaurant and bar with terrace overlooking the 18th green and a few other holes. An attractive buffet is served each day.

From Geneva: Take AutoRoute to Annecy, exit Annecy - Sud, take N508 direction Albertville. You will pass along the Lake (Lac d'Annecy) through various small towns (Sevrier, Saint Jorioz, Duingt, Lathuille, Doussard). The Golf de Giez is approximately 5 km after the end of the Lake just before the entry of the village Faverges. You will see the signs indicating the Golf de Giez Course. The course is up on the side of the mountain in Giez.
