Golf Club Description

The first golf course in Aix-les-Bains was created in 1895 on a hill just outside the town but was abandoned in 1898. A second course, the embryo of the present course was commenced in 1900 as a nine hole course, a second nine holes was added between 1926 and 1928. Many celebrities played the course during the 1930's including the Agha Khan, Duke of Kent and King Leopold lll.
